Booking conditions and instructions PDF Print E-mail

As for any training or organised activity there are certain terms and conditions. Diving is no exception...

Booking Procedure

To secure your place on a course or activity you will usually need to make a deposit. Paying this deposit allows us to send you your course materials in advance so that you can complete any required theory components prior to the practical sections of the course. The required deposit for most courses (Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, etc.) is CHF150. Some events may have different deposit requirements. Please transfer the funds electronically to the following account:

Name: Mark Fyvie
Account: IBAN CH60 0484 5018 9515 5000 0

After you've paid your deposit please send an email to let us know, and include your contact phone numbers, address and any other useful information.

You should then download, print and complete the following forms located here. Please pay close attention to the instructions for the medical form - you may need to obtain clearance from a doctor before participating. Bring the completed forms with you and give them to your instructor.

Prior to the commencement of your course you should have settled the remaining amount of your course cost either by bank transfer, or by paying in cash to your instructor.

(please note that if you are attending an Open Water Course please ensure that you read the additional instructions for this course here.)

Cancellation Policy

As you may appreciate courses and events often require a significant effort both in terms of time and resources, therefore we require a certain level of commitment. Unfortunately in cases of cancellations some conditions will apply:

  • Cancellation more than three weeks prior to the start of the course or event - no further penalty (except loss of deposit)
  • Cancellation between three weeks and ten days prior to the start of a course or event - 50% of the course/event price
  • Cancellation less than ten days prior - 100% of cost is payable.

In certain circumstances the above may not apply, for example death in the family, birth of a child or sickness/accident with a doctor's certificate.

If you feel that this may be issue for you, we recommend taking out separate cancellation insurance.
